Hiring your Talent Match
After you’ve identified your ideal candidate and are ready to make an offer, we will assist with the negotiation process and provide support during the crucial phase of the candidate’s notice period, continuing through to onboarding and their first day at work. Throughout the first year, we commit to regular check-ins with both you and the candidate to make sure everything is proceeding smoothly.
