“I’ve had the opportunity to experience recruitment from ‘both sides of the fence’, having worked with an agency initially, and most recently internally as part of a HR function. My interest and passion grew for the world of FMCG & Consumer Goods after starting my journey with a FTSE250 recruitment firm back in 2015, specifically recruiting for sales and account management positions. Since 2020, I’ve had the pleasure of working with two healthcare retailers as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and a Recruitment Partner sitting within the HR functions, recruiting for numerous specialities, including sales, account management and commercial roles.

I’ve always had a natural curiosity and a desire to learn, particularly when it comes to meeting new people and discovering their story and journey. After gaining experience in both agency and internal recruitment, and recently taking a short career break to have my son Eddie, I decided to take a leap of faith and create The Matching Room.”
